Marketing Director - Placement By Design : Job Details

We are searching for an experienced Architecture/Engineering industry Marketing Director to provide strategic planning, direction and support for an Architecture Firm's marketing plan, communications, and public relations. ATTRIBUTES Able to support multiple simultaneous business development activities/priorities, good interpersonal skills, good stress management ability, strong verbal/written/graphic communication skills, research mindset, commitment to work in office REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• 10 years of prior success in senior marketing roles.
• Confident, driven and dynamic servant leader.
• Above average to Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Above average to Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• strong understanding of the proposal development and interview process

RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy/Pursuits

• Working closely with the Business Development team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
• Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
• identify market trends and opportunities in the A/E/C industry and develop and support a strategic marketing plan to pursue such opportunities.
• Conduct and centralize general and market sector specific research/information

Marketing Department Management

• Liaison between Marketing Studio and Principal Group
• Manage marketing staff and workflow of marketing department
• Marketing Leadership, training and mentorship
• Track Leads and Submittals
• Develop and manage marketing and business development budget

Marketing Materials, Proposal Response, and Publications

• Evolve and maintain marketing materials
• Write/edit statements of qualifications and proposals
• Reviewing/Distributing potential RFP's/RFQ's
• Quality Assurance of RFP's/RFQ's/Brochures/Presentation
