Marketing Events & Game Entertainment Specialist - Knights : Job Details

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Create engaging and entertaining scripts and shows for Steelers fans at marquee events including Draft Party, SteelHERS Social, Hall of Honor Weekend Dinner, Alumni Weekend Dinner, Steelers Style, Road Warrior events, team rallies, etc.

* Develop and support pregame and in-game entertainment for gamedays including pregame shows, halftime performances, fan activations to captivate fans and enhance the overall experience.

* Work closely with Acrisure Stadium's event team including Audio/Visual Manager and Executive Producer to understand technical requirements for shows, ensuring seamless execution of entertainment elements during events.

* Develop strategies to engage fans and build a sense of community through entertainment experiences, fostering brand loyalty.

* Partner with Marketing Event Manager and Coordinator on all aspects of event entertainment planning, from ideation and script development to coordinating talent and technical resources.

* Support various events as a Steelers brand advocate, elevating team image and fan elements within events.

* Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient allocation of resources for entertainment initiatives.

* Provide support for other event operations when needed, including operations and logistics.

* Help guide yearly growth marketing and youth event planning in coordination with others in Marketing.

Physical Duties:

* Must be able to work evenings, weekends and game days

* Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

* Must be able to handle (lift, pull, push) boxes and distribution items

* Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time on game day and events

* Ability to work in inclement weather conditions for game day and events
