Position Title: Marketing Manager We believe in the power of beauty to transform, elevate, and heal. As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping patients look and feel their best. Who We Are: 77 Plastic Surgery is an award-winning, 5-star plastic surgery, aesthetic, and wellness clinic located in San Francisco. We help upscale women to improve their physical appearance, health, and well-being. Our Mission: To help everyone feel great in their own skin. Our Culture: We absolutely LOVE what we do. If you are to come on board with 77 Plastic Surgery, we want you to really love it, too. Since we know it can be next-to-impossible to tell what a company is like from the outside looking in, we compiled a set of reasons someone would NOT enjoy working with us. We hope it helps you make an informed decision. 7 Signs You WON'T Like Working at 77 Plastic Surgery: • You despise plastic surgery and beauty in all forms and hate the idea of being associated with women who prioritize their beauty and well-being. • You like keeping to yourself more than you like talking to, engaging, and serving others. • You want a normal, predictable 9-5 job. • You work best in a highly structured, micro-managed company where someone tells you exactly what to do and how to do it…every day. • You like finding cracks more than you like repairing them. • You only like to hear “Yes” and are easily offended when your thinking and beliefs are challenged. • You frequently say things like, “But that's not my job,” and “That's not how we do things around here.” If anything above describes you, then 77 Plastic Surgery is almost certainly NOT a fit. On the contrary, if you like the idea of working with people who feel the opposite of everything we just described, then we enthusiastically encourage you to apply. The Opportunity: As our Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies to elevate our brand, acquire new patients, and drive clinic revenue growth. You'll oversee all marketing activities including traffic, lead generation, lead conversion, patient retention, monetization, and content. Your performance will be measured by your ability to grow market awareness and positioning, drive patient acquisition and retention, and prove and optimize marketing ROI based on data analysis. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Create a focused marketing plan and marketing calendar aligned with clinic goals • Produce and distribute engaging content across the digital channels, leveraging a small content team • Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, local SEO, and SEO to drive website traffic and capture leads • Track and report on KPIs like web traffic, leads, conversions, revenue generated, engagement, patient retention • Oversee website functionality, updates, and enhancements • Craft compelling offers, promotions, and programs • Leverage PR, affiliations, and collaborations (eg. collaborations with other business owners serving the same clientele, getting on other people's stages, building partnerships with micro-influencers, etc.) • Manage agency and vendor relationships • Stay current on industry trends and best practices • Build and improve marketing systems and automation Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards achieving results, getting things done and solving problems • A sharp and hungry mindset, with pure excitement for a career in marketing • A growth mentality – you have a self-motivated approach to learning and development • A natural intellectual curiosity coupled with resolute grit • Native fluent English speaker • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Proficiency in digital marketing and traditional marketing with at least 2 years of digital marketing experience • Data-driven marketing approach • Proficiency in building Google, Facebook, and Instagram ad campaigns • Proficiency in building offers, campaigns, funnels, and lead magnets • Proficiency in copywriting, writing marketing emails, and writing SMS campaigns • Proficiency using marketing, CRM, AI, and other software platforms (including GoHighLevel CRM, Zapier, and ChatGPT) • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker • Passion for plastic surgery and interest in beauty/wellness space • Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000 yearly
