ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Pinnacle Home Care's goals, focusing on patient acquisition, brand visibility, referral partner engagement and internal employee engagement.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and media.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of coworkers, ensuring efficient task delegation and project management of the solution.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms, including social media, website, newsletters and advertising.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand's positioning in the marketplace, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal communication.
- Referral Partner Relations: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted marketing initiatives for referral partners and potential employees, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with KPI objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, analyzing metrics across campaigns and channels to optimize strategy and drive ROI.
- Online Reputation Management: Manage the firm's online presence, engaging with clients to foster positive relationships.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage Pinnacle Home Care's presence at industry conferences, local events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (master's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or home care preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and leading successful marketing initiatives collaboratively.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Preferred: Experience working in home healthcare or healthcare marketing, with a solid understanding of compliance regulations in the healthcare industry.
