Job Description:
We seek a strategic and creative Marketing Manager with proven experience marketing to small business owners and/or private practice medical clinics. This role will drive outreach efforts, create targeted campaigns, and foster strong relationships with these niche audiences. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs and decision-making processes of small business and private practice owners, leveraging this knowledge to design effective, results-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to small business owners and private practice medical clinics.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and create tailored marketing content and materials.
- Provide the sales team with qualified leads through campaigns, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear communication.
- Regularly communicate with the sales team to gain insights, refine strategies, and share updates on campaign performance.
- Design targeted campaigns that address the pain points, goals, and operational challenges of private medical practices and small businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and medical clinic decision-makers.
- Develop partnerships with industry associations, local chambers of commerce, and healthcare networks.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to collaborate on the creation and optimization of digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid ads.
- Collaborate with the social media and website teams to strengthen our online presence, ensuring SEO-optimized content, user-friendly website navigation, and relevant resource offerings.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, or workshops targeting small business owners and medical professionals.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior in small businesses and healthcare spaces.
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and report ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling, industry-specific content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Develop marketing collateral for small business and private practice owners, such as brochures, guides, and toolkits.

Qualifications:
