Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will take the lead in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of True Ventures Group and its entities. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial hands-on experience in both analytical and creative marketing, capable of managing campaigns from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at reporting on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and applying insights to optimize future efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing: Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including email campaigns, newsletters, direct mail, social media, and more. Collaborate closely with the Copywriter and SEO Specialist to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns from start to finish. This includes setting up campaigns, reporting on outcomes, measuring key metrics, and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
Paid Media: Develop and execute paid media strategies across digital channels, with a focus on Google Ads, social media platforms, TikTok, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Hands-on experience in this area is essential.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using detailed analytics. Leverage data to make informed decisions, continuously improving and refining marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Copywriter, SEO Specialist, Creative Director, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive marketing message and visual consistency across all channels.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation programs that effectively convert interest into measurable outcomes, enhancing customer acquisition and engagement.
Event Management: Lead the marketing aspects of events and tradeshows, ensuring promotional activities align with overall marketing objectives.
