Steve Madden is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead brand and digital marketing initiatives for the Steve Madden Men's line. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion and understanding of the footwear market, a passion for men's fashion, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media and marketing strategies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Create, collaborate and share a 6-9 month roadmap of consumer marketing plans for the Steve Madden Men's line to grow brand awareness, drive sales, create brand loyalty, and build customer advocacy.
* Drive brand initiatives to establish and maintain a strong brand identity in the men's footwear market.
* Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital marketing, customer retention and acquisition, events, and more ensuring alignment across all channels.
* Plan and develop social media campaigns including crafting compelling content and visuals in conjunction with SM creative director, managing day-to-day community management across social media accounts and engaging with customers on all channels.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
* Develop and manage a content calendar to create and schedule written and visual content for various social media platforms.
* Lead all men's focused briefs and project management of timelines
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
* Establish relationships with key industry influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
* Work closely with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product features and benefits.
* Partner with Women's Integrated Marketing counterpart on briefs for non-product brand marketing stories, cultural holidays, and evergreen dual gender storytelling
* Partner with International team on regional Men's marketing plans
* Develop and manage the Men's Marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of work experience in brand, digital and/or social marketing in footwear, fashion, and/or retail; experience in Men's category ++
* Must know and have a passion for lifestyle footwear
* Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets
* Deep understanding of strategy, planning, implementation, and idea generation
* Experience developing cross-channel marketing campaigns
* Strong network of industry contacts

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
