The role:

Reporting to the Marketing Channel Manager, you will manage commercial plans to improve success in the Store and E-Commerce within US Salon distribution customers and Kao Direct Chain customers.

You will deliver and ensure the implementation of the customer marketing strategies and programs within the Store and E-Commerce Marketing channels, collaborating with the other teams, to further drive opportunities for base business growth through optimized programs and strategies with-in Stores and E-Commerce Salon Distribution.

What you will do:

  • Manage execution of strategic customer marketing activities (including strategic use of the customer's marketing toolboxes and features) and execution of programs for the Store and E-Commerce Channel.
  • Manage execution of promotion and marketing assets to provide a specialized offering across channel segments (store, e-commerce, Partner Services) while ensuring one holistic go-to-market message.
  • Manage the strategic marketing roadmap across all Store and E-Commerce channel.
  • Manage the implementation of the best Store and E-merchandising within the E-Commerce environment.
  • Manage the reporting and analysis of marketing programs related to SKU rationalization and country results across brands against Goals to identify areas of concern and success while implementing optimizations.
  • Create digital marketing assets for Kao Education, Academy to be featured on external partners E-Commerce sites.

What you will need:

  • Undergraduate 4-year degree in business and/or marketing with relevant work experience considered
  • 3+ years' experience in E-Commerce across CPG or Professional Beauty Environment
  • Experience working with or for Digital Retailers/ E-Commerce retailers and luxury retailers
  • Professional Health and Beauty Experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, brick and mortar stores, multi-location retail chains
  • You need to have high levels of expertise within the e-commerce and digital space
