Our company has Entry Level Marketing openings in our Scranton branch. We are seeking self-motivated professional that has the want and desire to develop themselves into successful Marketing Managers.

We are partnered with various fortune 500 clients and tailors specific marketing campaigns to help them grow in their industry. Our professionally trained sales team has the ability to roll out any of their new products or services at the drop of a dime.

The Entry Level Marketing Associate's objective is to establish rapport with customers and offer our clients latest products and services. Be able to manage a team and train to take over a territory of your own! You will be the face of our top clients. Our goal is to increase sales and brand awareness for the clients we work with. Our trainees are expected to be self-starters, effective communicators, good listeners, and motivated to hit their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• This position involves handling daily one-on-one sales interactions with consumers
• Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
• Build brand awareness and successfully sell various telecommunication services
• Drive sales and increase brand awareness through up-selling
• Assist customers to determine needs while suggesting products within your brand to fulfill those needs
• Generate promotional events for brands and increase awareness and sales with our major accounts
• Responsible for developing positive relationships with our partnered retailers.

Qualification Requirements

• A proven track record of achieving set standards and goals
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree
• 0-2 years of marketing and sales experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle challenges in a positive manner
