Marketing Project Manager - 24 Seven Talent : Job Details

Our client, a leading eCommerce based consumer brand is looking for a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join their team! This position plays a key role in their marketing department and is responsible for ensuring everything stays on time, within budget and runs smoothly

This role works on a hybrid schedule - it requires onsite work in San Diego county - only local candidates will be considered

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Play a key role within the marketing team ensuring the proper management of all projects
• Assist in planning and prep for photoshoots as well as post-production process
• Oversee creation of marketing materials, product launches and campaigns
• Manage creative assets ensuring proper naming
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Complete management throughout the lifecycle of all projects from initially assigning out tasks, monitoring budget and timelines and ensuring proper, on-time completion
• Anticipate and work to remedy any delays or issues
• Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to always meet and exceed expectations
• Ability to manage various moving parts while maintaining big picture priorities
• 2+ years in marketing project management role - within an agency or eCommerce company
• Advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Experience within a project management software - ie Asana, Basecamp, Trello
• Bachelor's Degree
