Role Description

We are currently hiring a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, a position that is a critical part of our fastest growing division. In this role, you will provide customer service within our retail team, answering technical, design and logistics questions. You will have input on new product designs and ideas, how to expand sales and creative content strategies. Through our digital marketing channels, you will be a key part of growing sales by developing social media, email and blog content. Responsibilities

  • Assist ecommerce team in managing day-to-day business, developing new products, and monitoring multiple channels.
  • Provide customer service for ecommerce B2C customers via electronic communication (email, chat, etc.).
  • Create marketing strategy and content for social media.
  • Write and edit marketing copy for emails, product listings, blog posts and website content social media.
  • Implement SEO strategy for blog posts, website content and product listings.
  • Develop strategies for digital advertising, monitor performance and adjust to optimize results.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Support the B2B Customer Service team with order entry, quoting process and sales team support.

Requirements

  • Excellent ability to communicate electronically via email, chat, etc.
  • Creativity in content development and management
  • Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of millwork and develop deep understanding of application of millwork products
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience and social media management
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Millwork or residential construction industry knowledge a plus
  • Strong technical skills including Office 365, graphic design software and ecommerce platforms
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and/or projects simultaneously.
