Title: Senior Marketing Director

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Sr. Marketing Director to lead our business development and property marketing efforts in support of a top-performing brokerage team and the greater region.

This individual must have strong project management skills, creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both occupier and agency leasing commercial real estate fundamentals.

This role will work closely with regional marketing and the brokerage team to develop pitches, presentations for new business efforts and property marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic direction to brokerage team to identify target markets and develop tailored business development presentations and property marketing campaigns

* Collaborate with broker team to create and deliver high-quality, customized pitch presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition, differentiators, and services offered to our clients

* Attend client meetings as needed and offer an exceptional level of service and support

* Assist with tracking of property marketing plans, budgets, timelines, campaign metrics, etc.

* Utilize company marketing technology and global design team to effectively manage workflow and resources

* Partner with local, regional and national teams to stay informed of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative techniques to continuously improve our marketing efforts

* Implement and promote a best-in-class business development and marketing platform in support of the brokerage team's initiatives

* Oversee and manage the brokerage team's digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, email campaigns, etc.

Skills, Education and Experience:

* 7-10+ years of experience

* Proven track record of leading and managing the development and implementation of creative initiatives

* Significant experience and practical expertise in marketing, strategy, and visual design

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communication, or a related field

* Commercial real estate, architecture or advertising agency experience a must

Salary: $110000 - $130000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $130000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
