About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective marketing strategies for a public-facing branding campaign.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support key organizational priorities.
  • Manage marketing campaigns for programs and events, including writing promotional content for emails, social media, and other channels.
  • Create and manage social media content and video projects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on trends and statistics across digital and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate schedules for marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate across teams to support various marketing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (video editing experience is a plus).
