Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team in executing and managing a range of marketing initiatives. This role requires a foundational understanding of general marketing principles and the ability to coordinate campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to strategic projects. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation of campaigns.
Brand Strategy Support:
- Contribute to the development of product positioning and brand messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Help maintain consistency in branding across all marketing touchpoints.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Assist in gathering market insights to inform campaign strategies and decision-making.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials, presentations, and tools align with their needs and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales collateral, including brochures, product information sheets, and promotional materials.
- Support lead generation and tracking efforts, ensuring seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
Content Coordination:
- Work with the creative team to coordinate the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, email content, and promotional collateral.
- Review and edit marketing content for accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share key findings and recommendations with the marketing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounting, sourcing, shipping) to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Support coordination with external agencies and partners as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and budgets to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in organizing and documenting team meetings and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to diverse marketing functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including branding, positioning, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or project management tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
