Job Position: Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Marketing Director
Terms: Full Time, Exempt
Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will play a significant role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth for our innovative products. This role will be responsible for planning, executing and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be instrumental in developing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
· Develop inbound and outbound strategies for demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
· Execute campaigns, including creative briefs, creative development, copy, and deployment across channels (email, web, social, etc.)
· Campaign reporting and analysis to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
· Manage the company's website and ensure content is current, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand messaging.
· Assist with planning and executing product launches, promotional activities, and trade shows.
· Own the content strategy to support demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
· Create high-quality content for marketing channels, including blog posts, case, studies, social media posts, and other innovative opportunities to educate and engage our audience
· Optimize website content for SEO and complete website changes and updates
· Design high-quality graphics and content for various marketing platforms (web, email, social, collateral) that adhere to brand standards.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related
· 4 years of marketing experience post graduation
· 3 years InDesign experience
· 3 years content creation
· 2 years HubSpot or comparable email campaign software experience
· Strong understanding of Google Analytics or WordPress
