Marketing Specialist - Hansen Talent Group (HTG) : Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a marketing and communications specialist to work with a great team in the greater Columbia area. This onsite position will be working directly with the CEO.

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and tracking marketing campaigns and client communications for the company. Collaborating with the graphic designer and web developers to ensure communications are consistent across all channels.

Duties:

• Maintain marketing library and materials, identifying items that need to be refreshed and updated.
• Maintain list of contacts for various marketing purposes
• Collaborate with graphic design specialist to build and deliver graphic content for internal training programs
• Assist in building responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Assist with the collection of articles and materials for client newsletters
• Monitor and distribute inquiries from marketing mailbox
• Develop a system and process for monitoring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience creating and tracking marketing campaigns
• Hands- on experience with MailChimp
• Excellent writing skills
