Landen is an organic skincare brand established in Denmark, Copenhagen in 2020. We create hair and body care products made from botanical ingredients. With gentle, yet effective formulations and a focus on minimalist design Landen believe in encouraging positive habits of wellbeing.About the role:We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join us and help grow our business in North America.Responsibilities:* Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives;* Plan, write, edit and proof-read various communication materials including marketing collateral, blogs, print magazine, newsletters and social media posts;* Develop and implement cusromer acquisition and retention campaigns;* End-to-end coordination of the events* Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers;* Curate and update website and app content including news and events;* Identify and approach potential sponsors and advertisers.Relevant skills & attributes:* Equivalent of a Degree in Marketing / Communications;* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to create effective written communications that accurately conveys our values and ideals;* Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite software (Indesign, Photoshop);* A proven track record in participating in continuous improvement activities is a plus;* A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to work in a team environment.What we offer:* Competitive remuneration and salary packaging options.* Commitment to diversity, inclusion, health and wellbeing of our people.* Gym membership & health insurance* Flexible and hybrid working environment including tailored hours, remote working, career breaks, study leave, generous paid parental leave and leave purchase plans.Wed love to hear from youIf you meet a number of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
