KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and publish firm website content, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team
• Ensure proper communication channels and website flows
• Support the translation of complex legal documents and topics into riveting firm content materials
• Assist with creation and presentation of print and digital marketing materials
• Track and manage RFPs and pitch submissions
• Develop and analyze intra and inter web analytics to guide content marketing
• Help improve search engine optimization efforts
• Manage CRM database and act as a reference for end-users regarding usage and capabilities
• Obtain and update attorney contact lists; add to targeted marketing lists
• Improve data quality by developing and executing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required; specialized degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
• Strong legal and marketing internship experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of various marketing technology platforms, especially Google Analytics
• Knowledge of CRM databases and management
• Interest in the legal marketing industry required
• Excellent work ethic and strong teamwork skills
• Must be flexible, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm, pleasant demeanor
