Mascarpone Operator - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the dairy industry, is seeking a Mascarpone Operator to join their team. As a Mascarpone Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality cheese manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mascarpone Operator

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $25 per hour + Shift differential when applicableWork Schedule: 7am - 7pm 2-2-3 or 4pm - 4am 2-2-3

What's the Job?

• Process Operator Make mixes for production and monitor pasteurizer flows on a computerized system.
• Filler Operator Operate and troubleshoot automated processing machines that package mascarpone cheese.
• CIP Sanitation Perform sanitation procedures utilizing the CIP system, ensuring cleanliness and compliance.
• Evaluate product to ensure consistency and complete required documentation throughout the process.
• Prepare mascarpone mixes for the upcoming day, testing ingredients and setting up equipment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of skilled operator experience in the dairy industry or food manufacturing
• Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
