Mascot EmployeeBegins: Mid/End May Ends: Mid August Summary: The Duluth Huskies are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate mascot performer to serve as the face of the operation, Harley D. Huskie, for the 2025 regular season. As Harley, the performer will be an integral part of the team during the season in the community and the entertainment experience at Wade Stadium. The individual must show creativity and initiative in coming up with daily crowd interaction, engagement, and entertainment. The Harley performer will have designated in-game duties, including but not limited to the Mascot Race, sponsorship activation and other between-inning contests. Mascot will also be expected to meet and greet with fans prior to, during, and after each game.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to strut, dance, run, skip, and shake your tail in our dog costume.
• Must possess an endless supply of hugs and high-fives.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Ability to engage and interact with fans.
• Serve as an ambassador of Huskies Baseball and its boundless family-friendly and affordable fun.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work events on weekends and nights during our season months (May-August).
• Passion for sports and strong desire to work in a team environment that fosters creativity, fun and energy.
• Between 5'8 and 6' tall and of average build in order to fit specifications of suit.
• In good physical condition and able to quickly get in and out of suit at a moments notice.
• Strong consideration will be given to candidates.
• It's a team effort, all employees may be expected to help and pitch in, in other areas besides their own.
