Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining accurate records of guest treatments. Company Policies Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including professionalism, time & attendance, meal & rest breaks, grooming standards, and professional code of conduct, etc. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating respect, integrity, and a positive attitude. Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid certificate of completion from a recognized massage therapy program and at least one year of experience, preferably in a spa or hotel setting. Strong communication skills and knowledge of human anatomy as well as demonstrated proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities are essential. Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced spa environment with exposure to heat, steam, and noise. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
