MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education for Staff Job Levels:Must be able to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations as normally acquired in high school. Must have training from a recognized trade apprenticeship.JOB DESCRIPTIONRequired Licensure and Certifications-Must have a Master Plumber license.-Must have a current Nebraska Drivers License
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesApproximately one year on-the-job experience in building plumbing system maintenance and operation of ancillary equipment. Must be able to use and operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, carts and other equipment used in maintaining the buildings. Must have the ability to maintain and care for hand tools, power tools, ladders, carts and other equipment used in the daily maintenance of buildings.
PREFERRED Qualifications-NFPA99 Health Care Facilities Code Certification.
