Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We have an exciting opportunity at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for someone with experience in Scheduling. You will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of complex planning activities aimed at achieving production objectives.

  • Review engineering plans and product specifications to determine raw material requirements to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Work with Purchasing to obtain and schedule materials based on production forecasts.
  • Work with Engineering and related areas to develop tools and procedures to maximize facility and equipment utilization.
  • Direct and assist lower-level planners as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within planning functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in planning/scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, materials, production processes, and engineering.
  • Experience and proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.

Top candidates will also have:

  • Experience scheduling in a World Class manufacturing environment.
  • Experience scheduling in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
  • Experience and proficiency with SAP.
