The master scheduler will be responsible for oversight of inventory levels and locations and all plant and material scheduling. The master scheduler will be responsible for all cycle count schedules and monitoring of cycle counts to affirm that integrity of the cycle count is complete and accurate each month for all inventory items and the analysis on the cycle count feedback to determine that inventory levels are correct to support and communicate on Finished Goods schedules to the Operations team. - Always adhere to the policies of WSI while performing any duties as assigned with a positive attitude and willing spirit to assist others in the department, facility, and the organization. Always acting with professional courtesy and the highest integrity.
- The selected associate will be responsible for inventory locations (name and physical locale) and the training of all supply personnel on proper use of the scanners to assure that inventory items can be always accounted for in the system.
- The master scheduler will work with purchasing team to confirm raw materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time and will be responsible for ensuring the team receiving the raw materials are correctly identifying the materials upon receipt in both terms of accurate count and correct material, and that all materials are properly tagged and located in perspective locations.
- The associate will work with scheduling team to produce schedules from orders to allow the plant to run efficiently and review for opportunities to schedule items in a manner to increase productivity in all areas of manufacturing.
- The selected candidate will provide reports on inventory levels, cycle count results, accuracy of inventory locations, and any other reports that will provide the opportunity to improve our production and inventory control throughout the manufacturing process.
- The master scheduler will be responsible for the implementation of inventory tools and systems the training of associates for the tracking, analyzing, auditing, and reporting to support manufacturing team and update upper management on status and improvements in areas of inventory, purchasing, and scheduling.

- Bachelor's degree in business or industrial technology
- At least 8 years of experience in in inventory management and production scheduling of an upper-end upholstered furniture manufacturing facility and .........
- The associate must have excellent administrative and PC skills to develop and utilize software to analyze and manager inventory levels and develop plant schedules.
- The associate must have the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure deliverables are consistently accurate and on cadence to meet operation's needs.
- Must have good communication skills both oral and written as well as the ability to read, write, and understand English and communicate directives to associates and vendors.
- Demonstrate the ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards.
- Excellent time-management skills including ability to work independently with little supervision.
We prefer some of these qualities as well.... - 10 years' experience in inventory management and production scheduling of an upper-end upholstery manufacturing facility.
- Ability to speak English and understand Spanish.
