Our client in the defense industry is seeking a Master Scheduler to join their team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be part of the Planning and Scheduling Department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources. Job Title: Master Scheduler Location: Richmond, Kentucky Pay Range: $47.09 per hour What's the Job?

  • Collect and analyze data with a high level of independence and regularly exchange information with a variety of internal and external resources.
  • Create and maintain a feasible master schedule and build plans across multiple programs.
  • Initiate contact with appropriate internal and external resources to report and resolve problems in advance.
  • Serve as a liaison with management resolving production and performance issues to meet customer and business performance expectations.
  • Responsible for the allocation of resources and scheduling of large, complex work or groups.
What's Needed?
  • Citizen eligible to receive a Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in related field; 5 years of experience with the development and implementation of integrated master scheduling; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external resources.
