Job Description :
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Master Scheduler to work in the Richmond, KY area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The Master Scheduler will:
  • Collect and analyze data independently
  • Regularly exchange information with various internal and external resources
  • Create and maintain a feasible master schedule
  • Build plans across multiple programs
  • Initiate contact with appropriate resources to report and resolve issues in advance
  • Serve as a liaison with management to resolve production and performance issues to meet customer and business expectations
  • Be responsible for the allocation of resources and scheduling large, complex work or groups
  • Plan and prepare integrated master schedules and departmental workflows
  • Establish sequence and operations to meet business timeframes and deadlines
  • Gather and analyze data to coordinate schedules and allocate resources
  • Develop forecasts and interpret demands to assess human, facility, equipment, and material resource needs
  • Identify and evaluate risks and develop alternative recovery schedules to resolve issues
  • Communicate schedule conflicts and status to management in a timely manner
  • Work with planners/schedulers to ensure scheduling is completed on time
  • Collaborate directly with internal and external resources as directed by management
  • Coordinate and/or schedule employee development and training, as needed by the department
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of integrated master scheduling or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with P6 and Earned Value Management Systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
  • Proficiency with technical tools and resources applicable to the area
  • May require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances
