Title: Program SupervisorLocation: Hybrid within the Northeastern RegionDescription:The Program Supervisor will provide direct supervision to a team of case planners, delivering trauma-informed, client-centered, and anti-oppressive services to families affected by intimate partner violence. This role ensures compliance with child welfare standards, supports professional development, and fosters collaborative relationships with community stakeholders to promote safety and well-being for children and families.Responsibilities:Supervision and Accountability:Provide weekly supervision to case planners, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Oversee timely case management activities, including referrals, documentation, and assessments.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into case management systems.Monitor case progress to meet performance-based funding requirements and ensure family and child safety.Program Administration:Assign and track new referrals within established timeframes.Review and approve assessments, amendments, and case closings.Collaborate with various departments to address safety concerns and regulatory requirements.Conduct regular case reviews and provide supportive and corrective feedback.Training and Development:Facilitate group supervision sessions to support skill development in trauma-informed practices.Provide coaching and direct support to case planners, including role-playing and field visits.Ensure staff complete required trainings and maintain compliance with organizational standards.Support the professional growth of staff through constructive performance evaluations.Community and Stakeholder Engagement:Build relationships with community stakeholders to ensure steady referrals and high satisfaction.Represent the organization at family team conferences and other collaborative meetings.Advocate for families within community systems, including schools, child protection services, and legal entities.Crisis and Emergency Support:Provide on-call support to address client crises, including evenings and weekends as needed.Ensure 24/7 availability of support for staff managing urgent client situations.Administrative Duties:Collaborate with leadership to prepare statistical reports and ensure utilization targets are met.Maintain comprehensive documentation of supervisory reviews and case discussions.Address staff performance issues promptly using progressive management approaches.Qualifications:Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field; LCSW preferred.Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 3 years of post-graduate experience in mental health, victim services, or social services.Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed practices, and relational theories.Experience with child welfare systems, including ACS CONNECTIONS and PROMIS.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Key Competencies:Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.Ability to manage flexible schedules and work under pressure in crisis situations.Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered, and anti-oppressive approaches.Employment Type:Full-TimeCompensation:Pay range: $72k-$77k/yearBenefits:A comprehensive benefits package is offered; reach out to your
