The Material Attendant will maintain multiple inventories, including, but not limited to organizing and inputting equipment or parts into an inventory database and maintaining database records utilizing computers and/or handheld devices. Completing physical inventories and reordering and restocking as required. The Material Attendant is familiar with forklifts, powered industrial trucks, and will be required to obtain equipment operational certifications. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.The pay rate for this role in Florida is $20.00 per hour.Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits. • Valid Florida drivers license
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience
• Knowledge of SAP, Maximo, or equivalent programs
• Knowledge of the purchasing and receiving process
• Ability to set-up inventory, minimum/maximum counts, and maintain inventory
• Successfully complete all required training, including the use of power industrial trucks (such as forklifts and Power Pallet Jacks)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software programs such as Microsoft Office applications or equivalent, and use of computers/mobile electronic devices
• Experience providing customer support to a diverse range of individuals within a company, including internal partners, external collaborators or vendors, as well as customers or clients
