ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• According to the shipping plan and order demand, schedule the material demand plan and issue materials purchase requisition to meet production requirement. Control inventory to meet the order demand and reasonable safety levels.
• Monitor materials shipment status and coordinate with other functional organizations to ensure on-time delivery, cost expectations and inventory targets.
• Regularly check and monitor warehouse materials, promptly resolve production materials shortages and obsolete stocks, and effectively take preventive actions for shortage and obsolete stocks.
• Effectively conducting materials receiving, issuing and cycle count.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or above and relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills and be able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Highly motivated, be able to adapt to shifts and work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack Certification preferred

• Typically, in a factory work environment.

OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Been able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Been able to communicate verbally efficiently.
• Sedentary work. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
