Summary of Position:
The Material Coordinator will oversee the timely and efficient flow of materials within the manufacturing facility. This role involves coordinating the timing, delivery, and presentation of material to each phase of the manufacturing process. The Material Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including supply chain, warehouse, production, quality, and engineering to improve material flow and availability. The ideal Materials Coordinator will be self-driven, organized, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Five years of inventory, purchasing, or administrative experience, preferably in Oilfield Services (Automotive / Mechanical also a plus).
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite Software (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
* Desire to work within an ERP system to track materials and processes.
* Executes with great attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and eager to improve themselves and those around them.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Forklift Certified.
* High School Diploma.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinates with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of materials based on the materials procurement plan.
* Ensures that all materials meet quality standards and specifications given by the engineering department.
* Coordinates the internal distribution of materials to various production departments based on production schedules.
* Documents material and resources statuses as required through Fiix (ERP System) and related tools.
* Monitors inventory levels and optimizes inventory turnover to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
* Works with vendors to obtain quotes for new orders and updates deliveries for existing orders.
* Collaborates with supply chain teams to source materials from reliable suppliers at competitive prices.
* Works closely with production, quality control, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and address any issues that may arise.
* Participates manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency in material management.
* Ability to identify components by name and have a basic understating of its operation and purpose.
* Performs work tasks in a safe manner.

* Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, reaching, etc. with arms, hands, and fingers.
* Visits to other Liberty Energy facilities and to vendors may be required.
Salary:
$20/HR - $30/HR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
