Material Coordinator - Order Management - Trane Technologies : Job Details

Job Summary: The Material Coordinator - Order Management role will be responsible for ensuring our Estimated Ship Dates (ESDs) are up to date and communicated to sales offices in a timely manner. Other activities will be tracking and pushing for the completion of dead, skipped, and repair units as well as assisting in scheduling activities. Responsibilities:

• Update / maintain unit and aftermarket ship dates
• Track dead, skipped, and repair units to push for timely completion
• Maintain standard work related to estimated ship date processes
• Review line production status to planned complete targets
• Communicate, document, escalate estimated ship date misses
• Assist in scheduling activities
• Other duties as assigned

Key Competencies and Success Factors:

• Problem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work
• Analytical: Strong analytical skills
• Computer: Mid to strong level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, and Outlook (should have excel skills such as VLOOKUP's and other intermediate excel knowledge)
• Communication: Strong written, and oral communication skills
• Flexible: this role will be dynamic and will have changing priorities and responsibilities

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid SC driver's license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift, Yard Dog spotter truck, and golf cart.
