Position Summary:As the Material Expediter, you will be responsible for the performance of the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in the fulfillment of parts support requests that include but are not limited to the assignment of part support requests, immediate fulfillment needs due to WTO (Wind Turbine Offline) or 91 (Urgent) requests, working requests to closure, spare parts order entry, order tracking, part number identification and effectively communicating with other departments to support with parts support request.
Responsibilities: - Participation in request system (ServiceNow).
- Expedites material related to WTO or 91 requests.
- Utilizes, correctly, ERP software for order entry, order tracking and demand.
- Use all company tools/resources to resolve expedited material demands.
- Identifies trends and issues for WTO requests.
- Handles, quickly and efficiently, all order types and demand.
- Coordinates shipping requests.
- Identifies and escalates delays.
- Assist in identifying cost reduction and improve efficiencies within the department.

Requirements: - High School Diploma
- Attention to detail.
- APICS Certification or Two Year Degree a plus.
- Two years' experience in inventory management or commensurate knowledge.
- A proactive approach to the daily workload.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team Player.
- Ability to visit WB Warehouse at least once a quarter if working remote.
- SAP experience.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Lean management mindset.
