All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:Maintaining inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory with onboard computer terminalOperating a stand-on forklift to move all parts, finished goods, and deliveriesLoading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or with lifting deviceRecording part numbers, quantities, locations, and/or serial numbers of finished inventory being moved with onboard computer terminalPerforming visual check on all parts to ensure quality standards are metOperating electric or pneumatic hoist to set heavier painted parts on carts in advance of assemblyUsing pallet jack or forklift to move parts to storage areasMaintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiativesPerforming daily inspections of equipment within area of responsibility to insure all equipment is in safe working orderStriving to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standardsContinually seekin to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of productAbility to learn a variety of different product linesIdentify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improvedWillingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisorWhat Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Ability to follow standard work and proceduresGood communication skills (verbal and written)High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredAbility to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionallyBENEFITS: Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following their hire date.Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k10 paid holidaysVacation and Sick Leaveand more!We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and related needs and conditions, gender identity, and sexual orientation), parental status, national origin, age, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit based factors.
