Material Handler (2nd Shift) - Emerson Electric Company : Job Details

Based in Sandusky, MI, you will ship, receive, deliver parts and supplies. Maintain inventory control and locate stock inventory. Drive all material handling equipment including the Hi-Lo and Wave 60 Lift Machine. Typical working schedule Monday Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. (4 x 10s) to include scheduled overtime on Fridays and some weekends. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensures accuracy on incoming receipts by counting items and comparing the packing slip to the purchase order while checking packages for damage. Initiates sales order process by consolidating received items or by staging items for further processing of shipments. Stocking items in correct locations. Delivers and retrieves materials by operating material handling equipment, including Hi-Lo and Wave 60 Lift Machine.
