JOB SUMMARY
Pick and stage materials to keep assemblers supplied with parts between both Delavan, WI facilities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work from pick lists, material requisition and customer orders, pull parts from stock for use in manufacturing and shipping.
* Perform cycle counts as requested.
* Deliver and pick up required materials between the two Delavan, WI facilities.
* Keep assembly lines stocked as the line is depleted.
* Interpret work orders from moving product to its next location for processing.
* Move and manipulate parts from various containers.
* Communicate with inventory management to point out and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Perform other material handling tasks as required.
* Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Ability to read, write and process all instructions.
* Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others.
* Ability to operate material-handling equipment (such as forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.) safely and obtain a certification.
* Ability to operate shop floor computers.
* Ability to understand and use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, conversion of fractions and decimals).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* A high school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
* Must be able to obtain DOT certification to drive the company provided stake-bed truck.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
