Material Handler - Day Shift - Valmont Industries : Job Details

Valmont is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the Material Controller I position in the Global Utility Division. We are looking for a highly driven individual that will maintain appropriate and efficient work flow through the production areas by handling Valmont materials and products. Additionally, you willReceive, issue, and physically move Valmont materials and products in a safe and efficient manner. Provide accurate and timely documentation of material and product movement. Provide accurate and timely distribution of materials to production to meet production needs. Operate various types of material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead crane. Interpret production plans and shipping orders to provide the require levels of material handling and shipping. Count material inventory and reconcile inventory cycle discrepancies.
