Material Handler/Formulation Team Member - Johnsonville, LLC : Job Details

The Formulation Department is the area where the fresh pork is ground, the spices are added, and then blended (formulated) to specifications for sausage making. This position will focus on chopping, chilling, and transporting fat that will be added into product to meet specifications. Responsibilities: Consistently handle great tasting sausage products according to specifications Utilize your organizational and communication skills through the FIFO process (first in first out). Prepare equipment for use by utilizing detailed checklists for inspection and assembly Perform periodic wash-downs of equipment to prepare for different products Use SAP software functions for the department Maintain the highest standards of detail as it relates to product specifications and quality Must be able to obtain forklift license and keep safe driving record Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner Comply with USDA regulations, GMP, and safety rules at all times Ability to co...Material Handler, Formulation, Team Member, Manufacturing, Skills
