The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Material Handler at our Westfield, IN location. Working under general supervision, this role is actively involved in material movements in a warehouse environment.

What You'll Work On

  • Fulfilling Material Requests from the warehouse and performing SAP inventory movement transactions.
  • Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment where ESD controls may exist.
  • Perform Cycle Counting and daily 5s Activities to Audit Standards – Cleaning, Organizing, & Continuous Improvement.
  • Physically & logistically stage sub-assembly & final assembly production work orders.
  • Perform ERP material backflush for production work orders.
  • Special Projects as directed by Materials Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager.
  • Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management.
  • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP's, equipment, policies, and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
  • Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to research material movement and resolve discrepancies.

Shift

Monday – Friday, 6 am – 3:30 pm with potential overtime

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination
  • SAP or Inventory management Software Experience Preferred but not required

The base pay for this position is $15.15 – $30.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
