**About Baxters Cleveland, MS Facility:**

Clevelands technology and automation is cutting edge. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.

**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Must communicate effectively with department employees, management, and maintenance.

* Must verify correctness of necessary supplies/materials brought inside of Advanced Surgery room.

* Must conduct line clearances and the associated documentation.

* Must supply/set-up material and components to the different assembly stations/lines.

* Must discard all empty boxes in warehouse after use.

* Must clean pans and replace plastic bags in tote pans/trash bins.

* Must perform and document all daily, weekly, and monthly required cleanings.

* Must have and maintain a low absenteeism record.

* Must set-up and make necessary adjustments to equipment per line layout and applicable procedures.

* Must verify readiness of machine and support equipment prior to production.

* Must set-up batches to be run inside or outside department.

* Must be able to comprehend and apply GMPs, SOPs, Specs, BOMs and all guidelines as they relate to the respected process.

* Must fill out labels of materials being used or generate MMS labels, when needed.

* Must supply enough parts for lines.

* Must perform general housekeeping/cleaning.

* Must be able to utilize Enhanced Assemble Pack (EAP) and complete other batch documentation with minimal corrections/errors.

* Must be able to work without close supervision.

* Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by

* supervision/management.

* Must have knowledge of both plant and department environmental health and safetyregulations and comply with said regulations accordingly.

* Must be able to work on multiple product lines or be able to rotate positions as needed.

* Must be able to pass the certification process of assigned Advanced Surgery product families.

Qualifications:

* Ability to read, write, count, and use maintenance tools.

* Ability to lift materials, finished goods in master carton, and move equipment during batch changeovers and as necessary.

* Ability to work overtime as required.

* Ability to stand for long periods of time.

* Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to climb ladders

* Good interpersonal skills.

* Ability to formulate plans and solve problems

* Good mechanical aptitude.

Education and/or Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
