Please log into Workday and click on Menu or View All Apps, select the Jobs Hub app, then click the magnifying glass to Browse Jobs.Must be located in or near Loveland, ColoradoJob Purpose/OverviewThe Material Handler I works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor to carry out the following departmental responsibilities: order fulfillment including picking, packing and land shipping. This position requires the ability to pull and pack orders in a timely manner; stock all items in correct locations using the inventory management software as well as the barcode system. This position requires the ability to multi-task as well as follow standard operating procedures at all times.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: 25% of position responsibilityAssigns orders to boxes ready to ship using barcode scannerPicks proper item numbers and quantities per pick listOrder Packing: 25% of position responsibilityUses barcode scanner to pack ordersPacks product in properly sized boxesPacks ice products in proper containersLoads and unloads trucks using forklifts and hand jacksOrder Shipping: 25% of position responsibilityUses FedEx Ship ManagerUses UPS World ShipPrepares Bill of Ladings for less than truckload and truckload shipmentsPrepares and ships international shipments with Custom's Invoices and Shippers Export DeclarationsInventory: 20% of position responsibilityManually stocks inventoryUses Great Plains Inventory program systems managerPerforms Great Plains inventory inquiries and bin transfersInvestigates inventory and order errors, physically and in Great Plains systemOther duties as assigned: 5% of position responsibilityEducation and ExperienceHigh School degree or equivalent.Six months ' related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProven ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to solve general math problems encountered in day-to-day operationsConsistently displays attention to detail.Proficient in oral and written communications, both internally and externallyAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to adapt and be flexible in a variety of situationsBeginner ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Software and E-mailWorking ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
