Material Handler BH Job ID: 1601 SF Job Req ID: 11447 Material Handler Material Handler Shift: 1 st shift Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, Permenant Full time role Pay Starts at $17 -$18 /hr. and can go up based upon experience! Job Summary The Material Handler is responsible for pulling parts needed for our assembly operations and staging these parts in an orderly fashion. Responsibilities Staging Parts- Reading the bill of materials and data sheets, and picking the required parts and staging accordingly Monitor scheduled shipments and pull parts as needed Put received motors into stock Responsible for special stock conditions, organization and handling Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a warehouse Forklift experience Key Competencies Analytical - basic math and problem-solving skills. Read/write/understand instructions, schedules, markings, prints, data sheets, etc. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 40lbs. Regularly and continuously bend, stoop, reach, stand for long periods. Tolerant to heat, cold, sometimes noisy environment. Able to wear steel toed safety shoes, safety glasses and any other required protective gear.
