Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full Time 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00 pm (Longer during peak seasonal demand times.) 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm -1:30a (Longer during peak seasonal demand times.) Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to follow directions. The position requires the ability to work well within a team and exercise good judgment in all aspects of the work. This is a physical, hands on role that drives warehouse equipment about 25% or the time. What You Will Do: Work safely in an industrial warehouse environment Operate equipment as trained in a safe manner (ex: sit-down forklift, order picker, pallet riders) Interact professionally with leadership and co-workers in accordance with company core values Perform various functions in other departments around the building as business dictates Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Perform daily housekeeping tasks Perform tasks as trained and as efficiently as possible to meet production expectations Be present for all scheduled work shifts without a track record of calling out from work Perform other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as needed Other duties as assigned by management OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position. COMPENSATION: 1ST/2ND Shift: Make $40,000 or more the first year. Shift differential for 2nd shift.
