Material Handler - PPG : Job Details

Immediately Hiring! Starting Pay: $22.87 This is a Day Shift with work hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required. PPG Mount Laurel, NJ distribution center is hiring a Material Handler. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships with a variety of customers as a part of a fast-moving, dynamic team! Key Responsibilities Read and interpret production orders and pack tickets.Build pallets for shipment to customers.Load and unload trucks: forklift, pallet jack, etc.,Receive materials to sort manually unloading or operating a forklift to move pallets, drums, or large shipping container.Prepare products for logistic movements to customers.Transport and deliver goods to and from designated local deliveries. No long hauls, local delivery only.Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.Hazmat CertificationShift Hours 7:00 am - 3:30pm.Lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.Position requires ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reach products.Able to work overtime as required.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
