Material Handler - PPG : Job Details

Starting Pay: $22.87

This is a Day Shift with work hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be required.

PPG Mount Laurel, NJ distribution center is hiring a Material Handler. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships with a variety of customers as a part of a fast-moving, dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production orders and pack tickets.

• Build pallets for shipment to customers.

• Load and unload trucks: forklift, pallet jack, etc.,

• Receive materials to sort manually unloading or operating a forklift to move pallets, drums, or large shipping container.

• Prepare products for logistic movements to customers.

• Transport and deliver goods to and from designated local deliveries. No long hauls, local delivery only.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Hazmat Certification

• Shift Hours 7:00 am - 3:30pm.

• Lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.

• Position requires ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reachproducts.

• Able to work overtime as required.
