Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory counts for materials being moved.\ \ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor IM machines and Secondary production for needed materials and deliver prior to running outEnsure correct usage of regrind is being usedClean machine material system when changing material typesBlends material based on BOM details when neededEnsure ALL material movements are properly transferred in IQMS immediately, from the existing location to the new locationCompletes ALL paperwork timely and completelyResponsible to print labels for product ensuring accurate part numbers and box quantitiesAs product is completed ensure it is scanned to the machine or secondary location throughout the shift and especially by the end of the shiftAs skids are completed and at the end of a run, ensure product is physically transferred to the warehouse and properly scanned in IQMSWhen production runs are completed, ensure all raw materials are removed and transferred to the warehouse and properly scanned in IQMSEnsure all previous materials are removed prior to brining in the next production run materials to avoid mix-upsNotify management of inventory discrepancies and troubleshoot to help resolveNotify management when inventories are low as compared to past quantitiesCompletes all paperwork timely and completely
