Material Handler - Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences : Job Details

• Process customerorders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.

• Palletize orders including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.

• Processes orders using RF technology.

• Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.

• May be responsible for dock manifest duties which include scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.

• May be responsible for operating the ground/manual manifest station.

• Ability to obtain an electric pallet jack certification.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

• Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.

• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.

• General distribution knowledge.

• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions.

• Assist as required.

• Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.

• 1+ years' experience in warehouse work required.
