Material Handler - Leviton Manufacturing Company : Job Details

This is a dayshift position, working Monday- Friday. Assist with unloading and loading incoming and outgoing freight Obtains and moves finished goods and materials with the use of a RF scanner Identify and packages finished goods in the appropriate manner Use warehouse packaging equipment as needed Preforms cycle counts of warehoused inventory Ability to utilize cutting lines Maintain 5 S standards Qualifications Understanding of basic math skills adding, subtracting and measuring Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format Ability to multi-task Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to use judgement related to identifying potential safety hazards Physical Demands This position requires 20% clerical and planning and 80% material handling, warehouse equipment operations, and/or walking and assisting warehouse employees Work is primarily performed on the warehouse floor Eye and foot protection must be worn Lifting of w...Material Handler, Shipping Clerk, Warehouse, Manufacturing
