Material Handler - Unifi : Job Details

RRC Material Handler We are seeking a Material Handler in Yadkinville, NC for our Recycling Plant. How will you play an integral role? The Recycle Material Handler is responsible for operating a clamp truck or forklift to transport large bags and boxes of yarn waste from staging area to loading area. Responsible for general housekeeping as well as relieving the operators as needed. What is my earning potential? We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $15.50, with top pay up to $16.50. In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12 hour night shifts. Do you offer flexible shifts? We do! We offer 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. This position is a 12-hour night shift from 7pm - 7am on a 2-2-3 schedule. What is essential for success?

Are you qualified for the position?

• Transport stock waste yarn on pallets from staging area to loading area using forklift or clamp truck.
• Use hand held scanner to scan material.
• Transport bags of materials on pallets to machine using forklift or clamp truck.
• Operate floor scrubber as needed.
• Assist and relieve Repreve Recycle Operators as needed.
• Change batteries in forklift using lift-assist device.

Education

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 years related experience preferred
• Forklift or clamp truck experience preferred
• Material handling experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
