Material Handler - Domtar Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for the safe and accurate unloading, warehousing and feeding of raw materials. Accountable for the proper identification of wastepaper grades Properly feed materials to be used in the daily blend, to meet quality requirements. Warehouse raw material according to grade in designated areas. Know how to operate and maintain all related equipment. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Shifts are twelve (12) hours and allow for work/life balance with seven (7) days off in a row each month, with fourteen (14) working days per month once assigned a permanent crew. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, be able to work twelve (12) hour shifts that consist of nights and weekends and pass a pre-employment drug test and medical clearance. Outstanding attendance is critical to this position.
