Material Handler - The Manitowoc Company : Job Details

Minimum Job Requirements: Basic Math skills required. Must be able to pass forklift certification. Essential Job Functions: Receive and store incoming parts and other items from receiving, manufacturing, or other areas in a timely manner. Count all material being put away identifying discrepancies to the material specialists and PIC supervisors. May include POU inbounding, REC transactions, or inventory transfers using Baan. Make simple use of drawings or sketches to identify unmarked parts. Physical transfer of material (production orders) following the routing process to subsequent operations/work center in support of the manufacturing process or completed material to outgoing staging location for the Mobile Team or POU. Locate /move fixtures for internal use or supporting outsourcing to other factories of external suppliers. Monitor and maintain inside and outside of factory for cleanliness.
